The public marketing site is static. Cloudflare may process standard request data to deliver the site, protect the service, and provide aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics when enabled on the Pages project.

The dashboard may process account email, display name, authentication state, workspace/account identifiers, site metadata, domain metadata, deployment metadata, billing identifiers, and summarized usage needed to operate KilnMD.

KilnMD receives static publish output intended for hosting. The platform should not receive private vault content that is not included in the public deployment output.

Current documented providers include Cloudflare for hosting, Workers, storage, DNS, and analytics; Polar for billing flows where configured; and Resend for transactional email where configured.

Deployment retention follows the active plan limits. Account, billing, and operational records are retained as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

Individuals in the European Economic Area may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and request portability of personal data, subject to legal limits.
